On-site Support:

Complete Access Control, Inc offers a 24-hour response time guarantee to all customers and an 8-business hour response time to customers with a Preferred Customer Care Agreement. Every customer will be handled in a professional manner and the service provided includes; addressing and correcting the service call issue, inspecting and lubricating the equipment being serviced.

Preferred Customer Care Agreement services include:

As a client with a Preferred Customer Care Agreement, you will receive priority response over non-agreement customers.

On-line Support:

Our Certified Maintenance Specialists have access to the Internet and are available to assist customers via e-mail info@completeaccesscontrol.com

Telephone Support:

During regular business hours, our knowledgeable staff is available to assist customers over the phone. If an issue is not able to be resolved, a Certified Maintenance Specialist will be dispatched to the location to assist on-site.

Telephone Entry System Data Entry:

Complete Access Control, Inc. will service a community’s telephone entry needs from our office. The customer faxes us the information that needs to be added, deleted or changed and the request is completed within 8 business hours of receiving the fax.
